The load-time ANCHOR candy for the kind: jetkvm device entity. A flat
external kind needs a candy-level reference so its plugin enters the
loader’s scan closure: an add_candy:-only reference on a deploy node is
NOT seen by connectDeclaredKindPlugins (it scans with empty ResolveOpts),
so the word parses but the provider never registers and the entity is
warn-skipped. This candy’s candy: list carries the plugin-jetkvm ref
that makes the kind provider connect during load (the eval-pr/plugin-
pipeline pattern). See the omarchy-jetkvm-install plan’s RDD finding B.
