Installs the Firebase CLI and the Google Gemini CLI globally via npm so firebase and gemini are on PATH. The candy depends on google-cloud + nodejs and ships a package.json pinning firebase-tools and @google/gemini-cli, which the build installs globally under NPM_CONFIG_PREFIX (~/.npm-global). The result is verifiable: the firebase and gemini binaries land in ~/.npm-global/bin, both packages are unpacked under ~/.npm-global/lib/node_modules, and each CLI’s –version exits cleanly and prints a semantic version.

This candy’s plan: — the runnable spec charly check executes against a live deployment. check: steps are idempotent probes; run: steps change state.
