Repo superproject

AMD ROCm HIP runtime, OpenCL ICD, and GPU management tooling on Fedora Installs the AMD ROCm user-space stack from the Fedora system repos: rocm-hip-runtime (the HIP runtime), rocm-opencl (the OpenCL ICD), rocm-clinfo (the clinfo OpenCL diagnostic at /usr/bin/clinfo), and rocm-smi (the GPU management tool at /usr/bin/rocm-smi). Exports ROCM_PATH=/usr and keeps host video/render groups via keep-groups so a passed-through AMD GPU (/dev/kfd + /dev/dri/renderD*) is usable. The installed binaries, the packages, and the ROCM_PATH env are verifiable at build scope; live GPU enumeration is verifiable only on a host with a real AMD GPU passed through.

This candy’s plan: — the runnable spec charly check executes against a live deployment. check: steps are idempotent probes; run: steps change state.

Intent Step
check the ROCm HIP runtime package is installed in the image
check the clinfo OpenCL diagnostic tool is present at /usr/bin/clinfo
check the rocm-smi GPU management tool is present at /usr/bin/rocm-smi
check the rocm-smi package is installed in the image
check ROCM_PATH is exported into the container environment as /usr
agent-check on a host with an AMD GPU and /dev/kfd passed through, clinfo lists at least one ROCm OpenCL platform and rocm-smi reports the device temperature and utilization
check package=rocm-opencl
check package=rocm-clinfo
